TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of the SistemTakip service. SistemTakip is operated by Pariette Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SistemTakip is a cloud-based software service (SaaS) that allows users to monitor their own projects and services.

SistemTakip:

• Does not generate data on behalf of users

• Does not monitor or analyze user data

• Only displays results requested by the user

2. Account Registration

Users must create an account to use the Service.

Users agree that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. All activities performed through the account are deemed the responsibility of the account holder.

3. Free and Paid Plans

• The free plan allows 1 project and 1 monitor.

• Details of paid plans, features, and pricing are available at https://sistemtakip.com/pricing.

Pariette Inc. reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are accepted via credit card only.

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Subscription fees are charged automatically based on the selected billing period.

Current subscription terms are defined on the pricing page and form an integral part of this Agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscriptions may be cancelled by the user through the dashboard.

• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• No refunds are provided for used services.

• Payments made for future billing periods will be refunded.

Active billing periods cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Perform actions that may harm or overload the system

• Violate the rights of third parties

7. Suspension of Service

SistemTakip may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Security risks

• Legal obligations

8. Limitation of Liability

SistemTakip is provided “as is.”

Pariette Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for issues arising from user-defined services.

Pariette Inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of revenue.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content related to SistemTakip are the property of Pariette Inc.

Users are granted a limited right to use the Service; no ownership rights are transferred.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect upon publication on the website.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
