This page explains how users of SistemTakip can request deletion of their personal data. SistemTakip is operated by Pariette Inc.
1. General Information
SistemTakip does not automatically collect user data on behalf of users.
Users only store account information they voluntarily provide and service data they define themselves.
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
2. What Data Is Deleted?
Upon a valid data deletion request, the following data will be deleted:
User account identification data (name, surname)
Contact information (email address, phone number)
Projects and monitor records associated with the account
All other account-related data provided by the user
Once deleted, the account and related data cannot be restored.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Data deletion requests can only be submitted by the account owner.
Steps:
Log in to your SistemTakip account
Navigate to the Data Deletion section in the dashboard
Submit the data deletion request form
Requests must be submitted via:
https://sistemtakip.com/dashboard/veri-silme
4. Request Processing
Requests are processed after verifying account ownership
Data deletion is completed within a reasonable timeframe
Certain data may be retained if required by law
5. Data Retention
Data required to be retained for legal or financial obligations (such as invoicing records) will be stored only for the legally required period and excluded from deletion requests.
