These Subscription Terms govern the subscription-based use of the SistemTakip service. SistemTakip is a digital software service provided by Pariette Inc.

1. Subscription Types

SistemTakip offers the following subscription types:

• Paid subscription plans

2. Subscription Period

Paid subscriptions are offered on:

• Monthly

• Yearly

billing cycles, selected by the user at the time of purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.

Renewals are processed at the end of each billing period at the applicable rate.

4. Payments

• Subscription fees are charged via credit card only.

• Payments are collected automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

• Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Plan Changes

Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans.

The effective date of plan changes and any applicable price adjustments are defined on the pricing page.

6. Cancellation

• Subscriptions may be cancelled through the SistemTakip dashboard.

• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

• No refunds are provided for the active billing period.

• Payments made in advance for future billing periods will be refunded.

8. Trial Period

There is no trial period for paid subscriptions.

Users may evaluate the service using the free plan.

9. Suspension of Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be suspended in cases of:

• Failed payment attempts

• Violation of the Terms of Service

• Legal requirements

10. Changes to Subscription Terms

Pariette Inc. reserves the right to modify subscription terms and pricing.

Changes take effect upon publication on the SistemTakip website.
