END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Pariette Inc. governing your use of the SistemTakip mobile application and/or software (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

Pariette Inc. grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal or internal business purposes.

This license:

• Does not constitute a sale

• Grants usage rights only

2. Usage Restrictions

The User agrees not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to compromise system security

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Application

3. Account and Content

All content and data accessed through the Application are the responsibility of the User.

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of services defined within the Application.

4. Updates

Pariette Inc. may update or modify the Application from time to time. Certain updates may be required for continued use of the Application.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with third-party services. Use of such services is subject to the respective third party’s terms. Pariette Inc. is not responsible for third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of Pariette Inc. and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is.”

Pariette Inc. does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Pariette Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of revenue.

8. Termination

The User may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Pariette Inc. may suspend or terminate the license in case of violation of this EULA.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
